Collection day
We run our Peterborough route on Tuesdays. One set day keeps the route efficient, which keeps the cost fair for everyone on it. You book online, pick the next available Tuesday, and we confirm your three-hour window the following day.
If stairs are involved, whether that is a terraced house in Millfield, a flat in the city centre or a staircase at a school or church, the access charge is shown clearly during booking. There are no surprises on the day.

Yes. Your piano is fully insured from the moment our crew collects it, throughout its time in our climate-controlled facility, and through re-delivery back to you. The facility is monitored around the clock.
Yes. There is no minimum period. A few weeks while you move house, a couple of months while builders are in, or an open-ended term while you are working away all work exactly the same way. You pay for the time you use.
Stairs without a lift are charged, and the cost is shown clearly in the online booking before you confirm anything. Our crews are trained for stair work and carry the right equipment, so access is never a reason to leave a piano behind.
Yes. We collect from schools, churches, music studios and commercial premises across the PE area as well as from private homes. Let us know about any particular access arrangements when you book and we will plan around them.
