Stair access at your address is assessed and priced clearly when you book online, so there are no additions on collection day. The piano travels 95 miles to our Oxfordshire facility on the Wednesday we collect it and stays in stable conditions until you are ready for it to come back. If Wednesday cannot be made to work, an off-day collection can be arranged for an additional charge.
