Stairs and difficult access are priced clearly at the time of booking, so there are no surprises for the client on the day. Re-delivery goes to any address on GB mainland or in Belfast when the client is ready to have the piano back.

We collect from addresses across GB mainland and Belfast. Each postcode area has a set collection day each week, and we confirm a three-hour target window the day before. For locations that fall outside the regular route, an off-day collection can be arranged for an additional charge.
Yes. Every instrument in our care is fully insured from the moment of collection through to re-delivery. The facility is climate-controlled and monitored around the clock, and full insurance runs for the entire time the piano is with us.
We store all piano types: uprights, baby grands, grands and concert grands. We also take digital pianos, keyboards and organs. For high-value or unusual instruments, we are happy to discuss specifics before the client books.
