If the piano sits above ground floor, stair access is priced clearly in the online booking before you confirm anything. You see the exact figure before you commit. If Thursday genuinely will not work, an off-day collection can be arranged for an added charge.
Why climate control matters here
Victorian and Edwardian terraces make up a large part of Hull's housing, and many have single-glazed rooms or solid walls that hold damp through a long winter. Tell us the access arrangements and we will collect the instrument, wrap it carefully, and hold it until you are ready for it to move on. We can re-deliver to any address across GB mainland and Belfast.
Yes. Full insurance runs from the moment our crew collects the instrument, throughout its time in our climate-controlled facility, and until we return it to you. The store is monitored around the clock.
