We confirm a three-hour target window the evening before so you can plan without clearing your whole day. If the piano is not on the ground floor, stair access is assessed at booking and the charge is shown clearly in the online form before you confirm anything. Stairs are chargeable and there are no surprises on the day. If Thursday does not fit your situation, an off-day collection can be arranged for an additional charge.
