The cost depends on the size of the piano. You pay a one-off collection fee and a weekly storage rate billed every four weeks. All prices are shown clearly on the prices page, including any stair or access charges, so you know exactly what you are paying before you book.
Yes. Full insurance covers your piano from the moment we collect it, through its entire time in the facility, to the day we re-deliver it. The store is monitored around the clock and the insurance is included in the price.

No. There is no minimum term and no long-term commitment. Storage is billed in four-weekly cycles and you book re-delivery whenever you are ready, whether that is a few weeks or several years.
We store upright pianos, baby grands, full grands and concert grands, as well as digital pianos and music equipment. Each is handled by specialist crews with the right equipment, and held in the same climate-controlled conditions.
