Areas we cover
We collect pianos from across Glasgow and the G, ML, PA and FK areas, keep them in steady climate-controlled storage, and return them when you say the word.
Book storageScotland's largest city
Glasgow's Victorian and Edwardian tenements hold thousands of pianos, and those pianos move into storage constantly. A West End property downsizing. A South Side flat being renovated while the owner stays elsewhere. An instrument in a Bearsden or Milngavie house that cannot come with the family when they relocate. An estate piano sitting in a Hamilton or Motherwell flat while probate takes its time. These are the kinds of calls we take every Thursday.
The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland anchors a serious music community in the city. Working musicians, teachers and students regularly need a reliable home for an instrument between courses, residencies and performance seasons. We collect from every part of the city and from across the Central Belt, out to Paisley, Motherwell, Falkirk and Stirling.

Collection day
Our Glasgow and Central Belt route runs on Thursdays. One set day per week lets us run the route properly, which keeps things orderly and the pricing fair for everyone in the area. We confirm a three-hour target window the evening before so you are not left guessing.
Glasgow tenements are handsome and they are hard work for a piano. Stone stairs, tight landings, communal closes with no room to turn and top-floor flats with four flights up are routine on our Thursday collections. Every stair situation is costed openly in the online booking before you confirm anything, so the figure you see when you book is exactly what you pay.
Why climate control matters here
Glasgow sees substantial rainfall and the damp from the west coast is persistent month after month. A piano left in a cold tenement flat, a lockup or a standard self-storage unit absorbs that moisture gradually. The effects are serious: soundboards swell and crack, strings rust, keys stick and tuning drifts by far more than cents. By the time the damage shows clearly, it is usually expensive to put right.
Our facility holds temperature and humidity at stable levels through every season. Whether the piano stays for six weeks between house moves or for two years during a long renovation, it comes back in the condition it left. Full insurance is included from the moment we collect it, and the store is monitored around the clock.
What we store
We store every kind of piano, from a compact student upright to a full-size concert grand. If you also have keyboards, amplifiers, organs or other instruments that need a safe home alongside the piano, they can all come in together.
Pricing for Glasgow and the Central Belt
Prices include collection, climate-controlled storage and full insurance. Stairs without a lift and off-day collections are priced transparently in the booking. Re-delivery is quoted when you are ready for the piano back.
