Areas we cover
We collect pianos from across Kent and the Medway towns, hold them in climate-controlled storage on full insurance, and return them when you are ready.
Book storageThe Garden of England
Kent holds a lot of pianos. Old rectories and farmhouses in the villages around Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and the Weald often have an instrument that has sat in the same room for thirty years. When the house is sold, renovated or let out, there is nowhere for it to go. Families in the Medway towns downsize. Canterbury residents returning from long postings abroad need somewhere safe while they find their next home.
Our specialist piano crews collect from all of it: period cottages with narrow staircases, terraces in Chatham and Gillingham, seafront flats in Margate and Broadstairs, and new builds on the edges of Maidstone and Ashford. Whatever the property, the piano is wrapped and handled properly.

Collection day
Collections in Kent run every Wednesday. We confirm a three-hour target window the day before, so you are not stuck waiting in all morning. If a Wednesday genuinely will not work, an off-day collection can be arranged for an added charge.
Older Kent properties often have tight staircases, low beams or steps where a piano sits. Stair access is priced clearly when you book online, so you know the figure before you confirm anything.
Why specialist storage
Salt air, damp winters and the kind of heat that builds up in a south-facing room in summer are all hard on the wood, felt and steel inside a piano. A piano left in a garage, outbuilding or unheated annexe while a house sale drags on can suffer badly. Tuning goes first, then the action, and in serious cases the soundboard.
Our climate-controlled facility keeps temperature and humidity steady all year. Every instrument is held on full insurance with round-the-clock monitored security, whether it is in store for six weeks or two years.
What we store
We store uprights, baby grands, full grands and concert grands, alongside digital pianos and keyboards. Whatever the size or age of the instrument, it is handled by the same specialist crews and held in the same conditions.
Pricing for Kent
Prices include collection, climate-controlled storage and full insurance. Stairs without a lift and off-day collections are priced transparently in the booking. Re-delivery is quoted when you are ready for the piano back.
